A new mailbox exchanges a small, growing number of warmup emails before it sends cold email: days 1–3: 5/day, days 4–7: 10/day, days 8–14: 20/day, days 15–21: 35/day, then the limit you set. Campaigns wait until a mailbox has finished its first 14 days.

Every mailbox has a daily limit and every campaign has a send window. When the limit is reached, sends wait for tomorrow's reset instead of failing, and each held send tells you why.
