Questions
What are credits?
Credits pay for data, not delivery. Revealing a contact, enriching a company, validating an address, AI research and AI personalisation each cost credits. Working one lead all the way through (reveal, validate, research, personalise) costs about 7 credits, so 5,000 credits is roughly 714 fully researched leads a month.
Does sending cost credits?
No. Email and WhatsApp sends never consume a credit, however many you send. Volume is paced by your own mailbox warmup, not by us.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on every paid plan: 14 days with full access to that plan. You enter payment details up front so service continues without a gap, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Do I need a card to get started?
Not for Starter — it is free and never asks for one. Paid trials take payment details when you start them.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with the new credit allowance; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
How can I pay?
Card or PayPal. Both start the same 14-day trial and bill monthly after it. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
