The product
What does LumenGrow do?
It watches the companies you choose, tells you when one changes in a way that suggests it may be ready to buy, and helps you reach the right person about it from your own mailbox. Watchlist, signals, sequences, inbox and CRM are in one tool.
Who is it for?
Founders doing their own outbound, small sales teams of 2 to 20, and agencies running outbound for several clients.
Is it a contact database like the big data vendors?
No. You can search and reveal contacts, but our pool is smaller and grows around the companies customers watch. What we focus on is knowing which accounts changed and when.
Signals
What signals do you detect?
Hiring (new roles, surges and slowdowns by team, new locations, remote and contractor roles), website changes (a new careers page or new sections) and tech stack changes (tools added, removed or replaced). We only list a signal once something is collecting it.
How often do you check a company?
Each source runs on its own schedule, roughly once a week to once a fortnight. A signal appears the first time a check finds a difference from the previous one.
Where does a signal come from?
Every signal links to its source, such as the job board, the page or the script we found, with the time we saw it.
How many companies can I watch?
25 on Starter, 250 on Basic, 1,000 on Pro and 5,000 on Scale. Watching costs no credits.
Sending
Which channels can I send on?
Email, from mailboxes you connect. LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS and calls are coming later.
Which mailboxes can I connect?
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 through OAuth, or any mailbox over SMTP and IMAP.
Do you warm up mailboxes?
Yes. New mailboxes ramp up through warmup, and campaigns wait until a mailbox has finished its first 14 days.
Is there a sending limit?
We don't meter sending, and it never costs credits. Each mailbox has a daily limit to protect its reputation, so to send more, connect more mailboxes.
Credits & billing
What do credits pay for?
Data. Revealing a contact costs 1, validating an address 1 and enriching 2. Sending costs nothing. AI on our model costs a few credits per use (1 for an assistant question, 3 for company research); on your own provider key it costs none.
Is there a free plan or a trial?
Starter is free and needs no card. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial, and nothing is charged until it ends.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
By card through Stripe, or PayPal. You can cancel or change plans at any time from Billing in Settings.
Data & privacy
Do you send my data to an outside AI company?
Only to the model in use. By default that's ours, hosted on Microsoft Azure OpenAI. Add your own key — Anthropic, OpenAI, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or your own Ollama server — and AI goes there instead, and nowhere else.
I'm in your contact database. How do I get removed?
Use the data opt-out form, linked in the footer of every page. It deletes the record and stops it being added again.
Do you sell data?
No. We don't sell your data, and we don't sell or resell prospect data.
